Regan Caruthers, founder of Aset Center, is pleased to serve our local community by offering a no cost beginner Yoga class every Saturday from 10:30am- noon prior to the Center's opening in Spring of 2024.

Regan, a Creve Coeur native, recently moved to the Washington area after spending the past three decades in Santa Cruz, CA. During her time in CA, she taught HeartMath, Yoga, and her renowned Ready to Awaken Series--all of which will be offered at Aset once fully open.

She is honored to serve this community by offering a free and accessible introduction to Yoga, where she hopes to help you develop a balanced practice that improves physical strength and flexibility while centering you through meditation and breath-work.
